Principal HEOR Manager – Pharma HTA role based in Reading
About the Opportunity
This is a leadership role within a Pharma company, steering Health Technology Assessment (HTA) strategies for launching products, leading engagement with national HTA agencies and related organisations, and supporting life cycle management of products through appropriate evidence generation solutions primarily in the therapy area of Diabetes and Cardiovascular.
This is a role for an established health economist with a track record of successfully delivering high quality HTA submissions with positive people and agency management experience.
The Principal Health Outcomes Manager for the UK and Ireland MCO (multi country organisation) leads the development of health outcomes evidence research projects to ensure that new and existing products are reimbursed by the NHS within the UK and Ireland and that prescribers and payers are aware of the value of the company products.
The role takes lead on the HTA submissions and uses strong influencing and relationship building skills to ensure favourable outcome for Sanofi. The role utilises broad experience and knowledge to proactively identify and deliver health outcomes solutions and market entry/access strategies that support the brand at each stage of its lifecycle.
This particular role, in addition to support of Diabetes and Cardiovascular therapy areas for UK and Ireland, will also support Ireland as a key liaison to the overall team, across the company Portfolio, and have involvement in external HTA policy understanding and influencing, engaging with key stakeholders in Ireland associated with the NCPE and related pricing and reimbursement agencies.
