Job Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of the strategy for our established brands and our portfolio of future brands to maximise profitable sales. To deliver core tactical marketing activities to drive field force effectiveness. This includes supporting the national meetings programme utilising our KOL network to deliver both brand and NHS goals. Building a strong relationship with internal stakeholders across the business functions to ensure delivery of the marketing plan and revenue objectives are met in line with company strategy. Qualifications and Experience Essential •University degree (or equivalent)–ideally Life Sciences, Business or Marketing •ABPI qualification, with attention to remaining code compliant •At least 12months experience within digital marketing with demonstrable insight into Branded Pharmaceutical Marketing •At least 12 months experience in anNHS customer facing capacity •Experience in the developmentand execution of tactical communication plans •Previous experience with Veeva PromoMats or similarcontent management systems Desirable •Experience in delivering an omni-channel campaign including digital platforms. •Pharma sales experience an advantage Key Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours •Expertise in generating engaging digital content and improving user experience in a range of digital channels •Excellent planning and prioritisation skills to be able to pivot, flex and demonstrate agility to manage portfolio activities •Proven leadership skills and accountability in managing projects to completion within budget and to deadlines •Positive team player, working collaboratively, exploring ideas to achieve the goal of the business •Ability to understand, interpret and use scientific publications, clinical data, campaign messages and financial information/models •High level of skill in the useof standard business software and digital platforms •In-depth knowledge of current NHS structures and understanding of NHS priorities. •Behaves ethically, compliantly and with integrity in all aspects of work •Excellent verbal and written communication that enables skill in managing internal and external customer relationships.
