Fish Pharma Recruitment Limited (company number 07609373) (“Fish Pharma”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all candidates, clients and users of our website. Our aim is to provide a secure, safe user experience. We will make sure that any information you submit to us via our website or through any of our offices, we use only for the purposes defined in this policy.

Fish Pharma is a professional pharmaceutical and healthcare recruitment company. When you give us a copy of your CV, a cover letter or email or similar documentation containing your personal data, we will hold this information, use it and disclose it in the following ways:

- To answer your enquiries.

3. For how long do we keep the information?
If, on your initial application, we’re unable to find you a suitable role, we may retain your application information. We will then contact you if a future suitable vacancy arises. We keep this data to ensure we offer you appropriate roles. We will keep such information for as long as is needed.
To calculate how long we need to keep personal data for, we take into account
- its quantity, nature, and sensitivity
- the likelihood of an appropriate role arising

4. Job Alerts
To subscribe to job alerts emails, you will need to supply your e-mail address. We will use this to keep you informed about the latest jobs and/or industry news. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe from any job alert email we send you.
- Curriculum vitae (“CV”)
You will be able to submit your CV through our website or by providing it to one of our consultants. This might be to apply for a specific advertised job or to enable our consultants to consider you for future positions.
We will store your CV in the Fish Pharma database. Fish Pharma recruitment consultants will be able to access it.
You will be able to update your CV at any time. This can be via our website or through one of our recruitment consultants.
Provided your details match with previous applications (e.g. surname and email address), or you advise a recruitment consultant of your new submission, we will archive your old CV.
- Aggregate Information about Fish Pharma online visitors
We collect data and statistics collectively about all visitors to our website (for example, which area users access the site most often and which services users access the most). We only use this data in the aggregate form. This helps us to calculate what is most useful for our users and how we can improve our online services, with the aim of creating an enhanced overall experience for our users.
