Speaker Meetings & Events Co-ordinator – London / Bucks / Berks

The roll of the Speaker Meetings and Events Coordinator is to work closely with the RBM team and UK Sales director to improve the productivity of the sales force by streamlining and carrying out required back-office activities to support the sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotional material approvals through Veeva promo mats including speaker meeting agenda’s, speaker briefing documents, promotional speaker slide decks etc. within the ABPI code of practice.
• National speaker meeting planner and organisation streamlining the process for multiple internal stakeholders.
• Working closely with the RBM team to manage the approval process and ensuring compliance to the ABPI code of practice.
• Creating and approving promotional meeting flyers for the field force
• Co-ordinating the company national educational speaker meeting program.
• Working closely with Sales director and RBM team to improve efficiencies of the field force.
• Organising print flyer approval and distributing to the field team as required
• Communicating directly with the field force on progress of their meetings in terms of approval
• Working closely with the medical team to help support medical meeting approval process, compliance etc
• Working closely with finance with regards to honorarium payments to speakers
• General administration work as required to support the field teams.

Skills and experience

• Excellent ABPI knowledge and recent code of conduct training.
• Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, google platform etc.
• Excellent organisational skills including spreadsheets.
• Experience using Veeva Promo Mats, Docusign (desirable but not essential) Training will be provided.
